What we collect

When you fill in the quote form we collect only what we need to quote your house: your name, mobile number, home address, and any notes you choose to add.

We do not take payment details on this website. Any deposit or payment is arranged directly with us after you have your quote.

How we use it

Your details go straight to our phones so we can look at your roofline and text you a quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside BM Christmas Lights except the service providers who deliver our text messages, run our customer system, and host this website for us.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the form you agree that BM Christmas Lights may call or text you about your quote and your install. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us from returning your call if you asked us to.

Cookies and advertising

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels right now. If we add them later to measure our advertising, we will update this page first and say exactly what is shared.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website and in our advertising are starting prices. They are an invitation to get a quote, not a binding offer. Your final price depends on your roofline, trees and anything extra you ask for, and we confirm it after looking at your house.

Nothing on this website forms a contract. Work begins only once you have your written quote and have accepted it.

What's included

What comes with your install, such as bulb fixes during the season, takedown and storage, is confirmed in writing with your quote. That written quote is what governs. If anything in it is unclear, ask us before your install day.

Toy drive and returning-customer pricing

The toy drive and returning-customer discounts are offered as described on this website for the 2026 season. The details in your written quote govern.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, or ask what we hold about you. Call, text or email and we will take care of it.
